Today the ladies and I decided to ditch the 'hood and head downtown to the Food Truck Mecca that is Civic Center Eats.  Every food truck in town commences to Civic Center every Tuesday and Thursday.  This is the place to get every type of food you could ever want.  Tacos - got it, Burgers - got it, Ice Cream - got it, Greek food - got it, Cajun - got it.  When I said they had every type of food, I meant it!

I decided to go with the Denver Biscuit Company a delish biscuit with fried chicken and honey butter.  Amazing and calorie free...........I kid, not about it being amazing though.



My friend went with Pince Tacos which are also completely amazing.

If your near downtown on a Tuesday/Thursday make a point of heading down to Civic Center Eats, guaranteed to find something you want.
